• Production turn times are stated near the top of each product page.
• Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.
• Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship. It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed "in hands" date.
• While we make every attempt to meet or exceed the stated turnaround times, turn times are not guaranteed. A variety of issues including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, productions errors, etc. may create unplanned delays. If your order is time sensitive we recommend that you contact UV Cards prior to placing your order.
Production days are Monday - Friday only with exceptions for stated holidays.
When determining turnaround times, orders placed prior to noon with approved, print ready files will count the order day as the first business day of the production turn cycle. Orders placed after 12 noon will be counted towards the next business day. Requesting proofs may delay the turnaround time as we will not put the order into production until the proofs are approved.
Next Business Day + 1 - all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 12:00 noon will be ready the by the end of the second business day after receipt. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 12:00 noon will be treated as having been received before 12:00 noon the following business day.
2 - 4 Business Days -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 12:00 noon will be ready between 12:00 noon the second business day after receipt and 12:00 noon on the fourth business day after receipt.
5 - 7 Business Days -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 12:00 noon will be ready between 12:00 noon the fifth day after receipt and 12:00 noon on the seventh day after receipt.
Please note: – Turnaround times for jobs that UV Cards does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) will not begin until the job is approved and ready for production.
